EcoStruct Building Technologies B.V. is a Canada- and EU-based materials technology company advancing AI-enabled solutions for low-carbon, high-performance concrete. The offering combines AI-driven mix design and performance prediction with a smartphone-based slump and consistency application, supported by specialist services in geopolymer and self-healing concrete—helping clients improve durability, control cost, and reduce embodied carbon while meeting project requirements.
The company was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (Corporation No. BC1401423) in 2023. To extend its presence in Europe, it was registered in the Netherlands in 2025 (KvK/CCI No. 98994808). As a member of the GCCA Innovandi Entrepreneur Network, EcoStruct collaborates with producers, contractors, and engineering teams worldwide to accelerate practical adoption of sustainable concrete solutions.
This platform has been developed in alignment with major international concrete mix design guidelines, including ACI 211 (American Concrete Institute), BS 8500 (British Standards), IS 10262 (Indian Standard), and EN 206 (European Standard). Its development is grounded in comprehensive experimental programs incorporating a wide range of cementitious materials, aggregates, and admixtures to ensure robustness and practical reliability.
MixSure is a smartphone-based, AI-driven concrete quality assessment tool that accurately estimates slump, assigns consistency class, and detects pumpability, segregation, and bleeding risks—without the need for additional hardware. By combining guided cone-lift capture with cloud-based computer vision and analytics, MixSure delivers instant, traceable results to support on-site quality control, decision-making, and compliance across the concrete supply chain.

At EcoStruct, we specialise in advanced concrete mix design, ensuring optimal performance. Our expertise encompasses strength, durability, and constructability, tailored to meet your project's specific needs.

Advisory enables the practical adoption of geopolymer and low-carbon binders through precursor/activator selection, proportioning, aggregate grading, and curing strategy. Outputs include optimized trial programs and implementation guidance aligned with specification and QC needs.

Services support the selection and implementation of self-healing mechanisms (autogenous, autonomous, or hybrid) for improved crack management and durability. Scope includes additive integration, admixture compatibility, and verification protocols, with deliverables such as pilot plans and QA/QC templates.
