Delete Your MixSure Account

Email info@ecostruct.org from the email address linked to your MixSure account and use “MixSure Account Deletion Request” as the subject. We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your MixSure account information and associated data, including stored project and mixture inputs, test videos or images, analysis results, and generated reports.

Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. It will be kept only as long as necessary. Deleting your MixSure account does not delete your Google Account.
