EcoStruct Building Technologies B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data associated with MixSure.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the functions used, MixSure may process:

• Account information, including the user’s name, email address, and unique account identifier when Google sign-in is used.

• Slump-test videos, images, or selected video frames captured or submitted by the user.

• Project, concrete mixture, admixture, and test information entered by the user.

• Slump estimates, observations concerning potential bleeding or segregation, adjustment guidance, and generated reports.

• Limited technical information, such as device type, operating system, application version, diagnostics, and crash information where these functions are enabled.

MixSure does not receive or store the user’s Google password.

3. How We Use Information

Information is processed to:

• Authenticate users and manage their MixSure accounts.

• Perform user-requested fresh-concrete and slump-related assessments.

• Generate, store, and retrieve test results and reports.

• Maintain application security and prevent misuse.

• Diagnose technical problems and provide customer support.

• Improve the reliability and operation of MixSure.

EcoStruct does not sell personal data, project information, mixture data, images, or videos. These data are not used for third-party advertising.

4. Camera, Video, and AI Processing

MixSure accesses the camera or selected media only when the user initiates a test or chooses content for analysis. The application may extract frames or measurements from the submitted video to perform the requested assessment.

Raw videos and images are processed only for providing the requested MixSure function. They are retained only for the time reasonably required to complete the assessment unless the user chooses to save them as part of a project or report.

MixSure may use contracted cloud, hosting, authentication, diagnostic, or artificial intelligence service providers where necessary to deliver its functions. Such providers receive only the information required to perform the relevant service and may not use MixSure user content for advertising.

MixSure does not use user-provided videos, images, project data, or concrete mixture information to train publicly available artificial intelligence models. If OpenAI or another external AI provider is introduced for processing user content in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure will be updated before that processing is enabled.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Account, project, and report information may be retained while the user’s account remains active or until the user deletes the information or requests account deletion.

Raw media that is not saved by the user is retained only for the period required for processing and technical delivery. Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Data may be processed in the European Economic Area or in other locations where contracted service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied to international transfers.

6. Data Security

EcoStruct uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Data transmitted between MixSure and its supporting services is protected using encrypted connections, such as HTTPS/TLS.

No electronic transmission or storage system can provide absolute security. Users should protect access to their devices and Google accounts.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their MixSure account and associated data from within the application or through:

https://ecostruct.org/mixsure-account-deletion

Deletion requests may also be sent to info@ecostruct.org.

Deleting a MixSure account does not delete the user’s Google Account. Following a verified deletion request, EcoStruct will delete or anonymize data associated with the MixSure account, except for limited information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, or regulatory purposes.

8. User Rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of their personal data. Users may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests may be submitted to info@ecostruct.org.

For users in the European Economic Area, processing may be based on the performance of the requested service, user consent, EcoStruct’s legitimate interests in maintaining security and providing support, or compliance with legal obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy

MixSure is intended for professional and technical use in concrete testing and quality-control activities. It is not directed to children. EcoStruct does not knowingly collect personal data from children through MixSure.

10. Third-Party Services

MixSure may interact with Google services for functions such as authentication, application distribution, updates, billing, and technical operation. Use of these services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s privacy terms.

EcoStruct remains responsible for ensuring that third-party services and software development kits integrated into MixSure are used consistently with applicable privacy requirements.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

EcoStruct may revise this Privacy Policy when MixSure features, service providers, or data-processing practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
